Shipping is available for all of my products worldwide. All of my products are sent using signed/tracked delivery both in the UK & internationally. International & UK customers will be sent a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED FOR TOTE BAGS, WATER BOTTLES, MUGS, TUMBLERS:
Depending on what zone your country is in, postage price will differ. All postage costs will be shown at checkout and when ordering multiple products, the product with the highest priced postage is what will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE - We are not responsible for any additional import/custom charges that may apply internationally. Due to the new rules around importing goods into the EU, customers in the EU may be subject to extra charges in their country in order to receive their goods. We are not responsible for these charges. Please be aware of this before ordering.
If your product gets returned because it is 'unclaimed', fees weren't paid and/or the address was invalid or incorrect, then the customer is responsible for paying a second postage fee to repost the item. As all my items are personalised and I'm unable to resell them NO REFUNDS will be given.

Return/exchange/refund policy
As the majority of my products are personalised, I am unable to accept any returns and the same applies for refunds. If you want to alter your product after placing an order an order I will try my best but it may not always be possible.

All of the products are triple checked before being sent out to the customer. If for some reason an item gets damaged during transit, customers MUST message me within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof of damage. It is vital that pictures of the original packaging are sent to me also. How each situation is dealt with will depend on each individual circumstance. If a claim is made with Royal Mail, please be aware that claims can take a while to be looked at.

In extreme circumstances, if a return is agreed with myself for good reason, then the return postage cost is not my responsibility and must be paid by the customer.

I am not responsible for any items lost during transit, although if you haven't received your order I will try my best to help.

Any orders that are returned to me because of: an incorrect/incomplete address, fees haven't been paid or a parcel hasn't been picked up will not be refunded the postage costs. To re-send the order out you will be required to pay another postage fee.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or in some circumstances return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through WIX’s data storage, databases and the general WIX application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WIX stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
